Eligibility for Returns We take pride in the quality of our books. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, provided the book is in new, unused condition. Books that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for returns.
Return Window
- Customers must request a refund within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date. This ensures returns are processed promptly while maintaining the books' pristine condition.
Return Request Process
- Initiation: Customers must submit a written refund request via email to liz@plumblineonline.org. Please include your order number, purchase details, and the reason for the return.
- Approval and Instructions: Once we receive and approve your refund request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the book.
- Inspection: After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it is in its original, new condition.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued using the customer’s original method of payment.
- Please note that shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Exclusions
- Items purchased on sale or clearance may have additional return restrictions, as noted at the time of purchase.
- Special orders or limited editions may not be eligible for returns unless otherwise specified.
