• The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator through a mutually agreed-upon arbitration service in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
• The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• The arbitration proceedings shall be confidential.
• Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, including attorney's fees.
• The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.

13.2. Class Action Waiver:

• You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to pursue any claims on a class or consolidated basis.

13.3. Exceptions:

• Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts for matters related to data security, intellectual property, or unauthorized access to the Service.
• Small claims court cases may be filed as an alternative to arbitration for claims that qualify.

13.4. Governing Law:

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• For any matters not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
